I offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the weight/size of the package. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout.

All items are securely packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks, depending on your location. Tracking numbers will be provided once the package is on its way. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs or postal delays.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece is made with love and great attention to detail. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of my art, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you encounter any issue, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll do my best to resolve the situation.

If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, reach out and I’ll assist in tracking or discussing next steps.
